What this site collects, and why.

When you send an inquiry
The form on this site asks for your name and email. You can also add your business, a link, and how you heard about Zaldivar Labs. Your message is emailed to Eddie Zaldivar and kept in a private record of inquiries, so he can reply and follow up.
Along with your message we save how your visit began: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We do not sell this information or share it for advertising.
Analytics
The public pages of this site use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and sources bring people here. Advertising features are turned off. We do not send Google your name, your email, or anything you write in the form. If you send an inquiry, Google Analytics is told only that an inquiry happened during your visit.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded.
- For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without cookies.
- Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services, and offers a browser add-on to opt out.
What is stored in your browser
Google Analytics sets cookies, as described above. Separately, the site keeps a short note of how your visit began in your browser's session storage. It is removed when you close the tab, and it reaches us only if you send the form.
Program pages
The intake form for the PEP small business program and the private client hub do not load Google Analytics or any marketing tracking. What you enter there is used to run the program. The hub uses one cookie to keep you signed in.
Who handles the information
Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. Resend delivers email. Notion holds the record of inquiries and the program records. Upstash holds hub sign-in sessions. Google provides the analytics described above.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept while they are useful for follow-up and for business records. Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for no more than 14 months.
